Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and cooled
  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 200 grams Smoked Salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
  2. 2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
  3. 3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. 4. Arrange the smoked salmon, cucumber, and avocado slices on top of the rice.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
