Instructions
1. Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.

4. Arrange the smoked salmon, cucumber, and avocado slices on top of the rice.
5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
