Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 unit Onion diced
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 units Hoagie Rolls split
  • 2 tablespoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Mix in hot sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Place cheese slices on top of the beef mixture and let it melt.
  7. Toast hoagie rolls in another skillet or toaster.
  8. Fill each hoagie roll with the beef and cheese mixture.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
