Main Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 4 cloves garlic peeled and smashed
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 4-6 small cucumbers sliced into spears
In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool.
In each jar, place garlic, red pepper flakes, black peppercorns, and dill.
Pack cucumber spears into jars.
Pour cooled brine over cucumbers, ensuring they are fully submerged.
Seal jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
