- 1 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 Pie Crust pre-made
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
