- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 2 cups fresh spinach chopped
- 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1 egg beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
Spread chopped spinach and crumbled feta over the pastry.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll up the pastry and cut into 1-inch slices.
Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with beaten egg.
