Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • ½ cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 cup Cooked Shrimp, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 12 pieces Spring Roll Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, shrimp, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of filling on each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Place the spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
