  • 1 cup Red chili peppers chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup White vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blend the chili peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, and water until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Let the sauce cool, then transfer to a bottle and refrigerate.
