Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
Topping
- 6 oz strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar in a bowl. Press into a baking dish. 
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool. 
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. 
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool slightly. Add sliced strawberries. 
- Pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
