Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
Topping
- 6 oz strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar in a bowl. Press into a baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool slightly. Add sliced strawberries.
Pour strawberry mixture over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
