Strawberry Syrup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
In a saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and strain the mixture to remove the strawberry solids.
Stir in lemon juice. Let cool before serving.
