Stuffed Grape Leaves Recipe
Delicious stuffed grape leaves with rice, herbs, and pine nuts.

- 1 jar grape leaves drained and rinsed
- 1 cup rice rinsed
- 1 onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ¼ cup currants
- ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
- ¼ cup fresh mint chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups water or vegetable broth
Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
Add rice, pine nuts, and currants. Cook for a few minutes.
Add herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Place a teaspoon of filling on each grape leaf and roll tightly.
Arrange stuffed leaves in a pot, seam side down.
Add water or broth, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
