Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 Bell Peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
