  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 4 bags Single-serve bags of corn chips
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ½ cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions. Stir well.
  3. 3. Open the bags of corn chips and gently crush them.
  4. 4. Divide the seasoned beef among the bags of corn chips.
  5. 5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
