Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup Sliced Cucumbers

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing some shredded lettuce, julienned carrot, and sliced cucumbers on each tortilla. Top with the teriyaki chicken.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
