Tofu Sandwich Spread Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Herbs optional
1. In a mixing bowl, crumble the tofu with a fork.
2. Add the vegan mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Optionally, stir in chopped fresh herbs.
6. Serve on bread, crackers, or as a dip with veggies.
