Tomatillo Salsa Verde Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound Tomatillos husked and rinsed
- 1 Jalapeño stemmed and seeded
- ½ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Garlic clove peeled
- ¼ cup Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
1. Boil the tomatillos in a saucepan for about 5 minutes until they turn a dull green color.
2. Drain the tomatillos and place them in a blender.
3. Add the jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, onion, salt, and lime juice to the blender.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
