Tomato Avocado Sandwich
A simple and delicious sandwich with fresh tomatoes and creamy avocado.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 Tomato medium, sliced
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil optional
- 1. Toast the bread slices if desired. 
- 2. Slice the avocado and tomato. 
- 3. Layer the avocado slices on one slice of bread. 
- 4. Add the tomato slices on top of the avocado. 
- 5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. 
- 6. Drizzle with olive oil if using. 
- 7. Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
