Tomato Avocado Sandwich

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 1 Avocado ripe
- 1 Tomato medium, sliced
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil optional
1. Toast the bread slices if desired.
2. Slice the avocado and tomato.
3. Layer the avocado slices on one slice of bread.
4. Add the tomato slices on top of the avocado.
5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
6. Drizzle with olive oil if using.
7. Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
