- 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate.
3. Sprinkle chopped basil over the top.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
