Tortilla Espanola Recipe
A classic Spanish dish made with potatoes and eggs.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 6 eggs beaten
- ½ cup olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add sliced potatoes and onions. Cook until tender.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the beaten eggs over the potatoes and onions in the pan.
Cook on low heat until the eggs are set.
Flip the tortilla using a plate and cook the other side until golden brown.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
