Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Stir well.
Add cooked rice, black beans, corn, and salsa to the skillet. Mix everything together and cook for another 5 minutes.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Place a portion of the turkey mixture onto each tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
