Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 large Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  2. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the turkey. Stir well.
  3. Add cooked rice, black beans, corn, and salsa to the skillet. Mix everything together and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. Place a portion of the turkey mixture onto each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling. Roll up the tortillas to form burritos.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
