- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 large Egg
- 0.5 cup Water as needed
Filling
- 200 grams Ground beef or lamb
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Sauce
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted

1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the egg. Gradually add water, mixing until a dough forms. Knead until smooth. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
2. For the filling, mix ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin. Cut into small squares. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each square. Fold and seal the edges.
