Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Venison sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Cheese shredded
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the venison slices, salt, and pepper. Cook until the venison is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of venison, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese on each tortilla. Roll up and serve immediately.
