Ingredients

  • 8 cups Lettuce torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, add onion and cook until tender.
  3. 3. Stir in vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Pour hot dressing over lettuce in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat.
  5. 5. Top with bacon and serve immediately.
