Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
2. Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold, and seal.
3. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir well.
4. Gently add the wontons to the boiling broth. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the wontons float to the top.
5. Add baby spinach to the soup and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
