- 4 cups yellow squash, sliced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 2 tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, sauté the squash and onion in butter until tender.
In a mixing bowl, combine the squash mixture, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
