Arugula Salad Recipe
A simple and fresh arugula salad.

Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula fresh
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese shaved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
