Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and chopped chives.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Brush the edges of the wrapper with water, fold to seal.
Place wontons on a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
