  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into strips
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the breaded chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
