Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 Large eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
