Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually add milk and cream, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4. Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Add fish and cook until fish is opaque and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
