  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and then coat with the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Pour salsa over the chicken and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
