Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon Allspice ground
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 medium Onion sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
1. In a large pot, combine pork shoulder, vinegar, water, salt, black pepper, allspice, and bay leaf.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
3. Add sliced onion and minced garlic. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve cold.
