Crepe Batter

Filling

fresh strawberries, sliced

whipped cream
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add milk, eggs, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
Fill each crepe with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Fold and serve.
