- 4 green bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, ground beef, onion, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
