  • 4 green bell peppers
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, ground beef, onion, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
