Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
  2. 2. Arrange the wedges on plates.
  3. 3. Top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad wedges.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
