Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
2. Arrange the wedges on plates.
3. Top with crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad wedges.
6. Serve immediately.
